We unexpectedly caught two squid a few days ago. Looked for a recipe and found this one to try on real Greek recipes. Grilled or BBQ’ed after marinating with oregano coriander and paprika. Came out looking fantastic and tasting great but must admit it was quite chewy. Think I cooked it a bit too long.
